2. Contractor Requirements
Contractors participating in the auction must be fully vetted by Bid4MyJob. This includes verification of insurance, trade certifications, and historical performance data. Contractors are obligated to honor their final bid price for the duration specified in the project agreement.
3. Obligations and Payments
- Homeowners must provide accurate information in the project forms.
- The deposit is held securely and applied toward the project total upon successful contractor selection.
- Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the specific project contract.
