Our Story
Bid4MyJob’s previous business venture, Quay Management Services, grew from a small block management start-up into a business managing 21 blocks and 180 homes, gaining ARMA recognition and a 4.8/5 Google rating. By putting in the hours to properly renegotiate maintenance and major works contracts, QMS saved leaseholders over £250,000, while improving supplier accountability along the way.
None of that came from luck — it came from having the time, market knowledge, and experience to shop around properly. Most homeowners simply don’t have that. Bid4MyJob exists to close that gap: local tradespeople compete for your job, so you get the same rigour and savings a professional would achieve, without having to lift a finger yourself.
